Photo album dedicated to our good friend Terrill (Terry) Nobles, Corvallis, Montana – With out any doubt, Wapiti Waters’ (Jack Mauer) favorite friend, partner, client, and man on earth. This will never change, as sadly there will never be another man like Terry.
Terry is 93 and 1/2 years old this December (2013) and we felt compelled to start an album dedicated to Terry. As I find pictures earlier than 2005, I will scan them and add them. Also dedicated to J Craig Nobles, Lynn Dornfeld, Tori Nobles-Stephens, and Buddy Nobles, Terry’s children.
Bitterroot Trout Unlimited Board members Jack Mauer and Greg Chester on the Bitterroot River April 24.
Greg is a tireless supporter of fishing conservation, education and youth in the Bitterroot Valley. Today he is on a donated float by Jack to Bitterroot Trout Unlimited. Greg bid on and got the trip, Jack was happy to oblige. This is one of the best trout they got that beautiful day.
Both Greg and Jack are hard working conservationists and you can see here that they “walk their talk.”
This trip was a donated trip to Whitefish Mountain Alpine Race Team. Two generous guys from Whitefish bought the trip and fished on April 24. Thanks for supporting western Montana’s young ski racers and spending the day with Jack and Wapiti Waters.
